The society of the 1980s, that I knew, the ordinarily moral fabric: a synergy of common sense and the common law of England & Wales; has been replaced or significantly infected by fools and criminals, often for self-serving gainful procurement. Has disinformation in public office intensified since Tony Blair’s ‘New Labour’; I believe so. Having grappled with: “Parliament’s intention for an accurate Definitive Map of public rights of way.”, since Aug 2007; I’ve built a reasonable perspective that the Definitive Map: Parliament’s intention on 16th December 1949 has trespassed from its original purpose and the (public’s) legitimate expectation according to the common law, that all and any event(s) imposed on UK citizens – the public weal, under the 1949 Act, &/or any later Act e.g., the CROW Act 2000, would be lawful in the context of Lord Camden’s Speech: “The great end, for which men entered into society, was to secure their property. That right is preserved sacred and incommunicable in all instances, where it has not been taken away or abridged by some public law for the good of the whole. …” – Lord Camden caused the general principle, that the state may do nothing but that which is expressly authorised by law, while the individual may do anything but that which is forbidden by law. … limits of executive power in English law that an officer of the state could only act lawfully in a manner prescribed by statute or common law. ~ Stealth – political agenda has transformed Britain since the period of Falklands War: an armed invasion – an armed trespass; to a dirty synthetic ruling comprised of NGOs under Parliament aiming to devoid the public weal of its principles of natural justice.
