More Public Rights of Way; But How Without Corruption & Fraud?:

Politics versus Factual Truth; ordinarily, in this day and age of information technology, and the wide interest in family history; one would not expect current politics to overwhelm the truth or integrity of an individual’s (honest) research into their family history, particularly when history libraries and heritage centres in the counties of England & Wales have evolved for the good any commited researcher seeking to rationally connect the records and accounts of our heritage.

Politics recognised the need to frustrate truth by manipulating fact and adding fiction to gather public rights of way where they did not (do not) exist. Desire and suitability for use, or what an individual or group(s) of people would like it to be are not what an inspector appointed to head a “public inquiry” can consider; and factually, unfortunately, the inverse applies.

The Planning Inspectorate works ‘hand in glove’ with DEFRA to facilitate many fraudulent acts of discovering public rights of way, when the evidence doesn’t balance – the facts don’t equate; [A good example, to enable a rational understanding is to look at, and consider, the corruption in international sporting events such as the doping scandles of cycling and athletics.]

This is achieved by running their own quasi public inquiries [often] headed by bent inspectors who are adept at stealthy means and activity, and “Wednesbury-unreasonable” are bias bent, often do not see/hear, recognise the truth; contrary to any claims of impartiality, all is a sham.

(So) next time you are drawn to the ‘local records office – heritage centre’, consider those about you, at the next table or sitting opposite you; are they regular players – members of some group or Travelling-forum that’s seeking to destroy truth by whatever means it takes to procure more public rights of way: create vital links between existing rights of way when there’s none in place and what is/has recently been recorded (in the last 20 years) due to DEFRA’s conspiracy to defraud.

DEFRA’s creation in 2001 appears to have been necessary to facilitate the vast numbers of acts of bad faith & fraudulent discoveries of public paths, and to do so, it’s underhand hand in glove activity with the Planning Inspectorate at Bristol have utilised fantastic discoveries and surreal explanations: offers of proof/proof of evidence statements. Destroyers of evidence:

And unfortunately, such is the bad faith and corruption, that many documents of heritage held at county halls like Devon County Council’s at Exeter, have restricted/limited public access are likely to be abused from within during public rights of way inquiries which are bias from the start: politics and sham, corruption in public office; misfeasance & malfeasance etc.

..Perhaps it’s an act of god, that Devon County Council’s County Hall is located on Topsham Road, Exeter EX2 4QU.. because the skulduggery and corruption of Devon’s heritage is very much linked to the public rights of way department of Devon County Council, is a top sham.
